Change the Running Life

You certainly will not sign up for a marathon and run it the next day. In fact, you will have a detailed and long-term training and diet style. When comes to the diet, many runners will choose vegetarian with unknown reason.

May I drink coffee and tea? Both of these two drinks contain caffeine; which will stimulate central nervous system greatly; and make people excited. It will increase mental activity and the release epinephrine that make people excited. It is deemed as a kind of drug, this is a controversial topic. International Olympic Committee once deemed it as the stimulate drug, but not long after, it is cancelled. I like tea very much, but find no harm from it, so I will keep drinking. I believe most people are same with me.

With the growing knowledge on nutrition and deeper research on running, you may be more interested in it.

But no matter what you decide to take to form good health, no matter how it standard or exotic, we must be careful not to copy without any change. Remember that your body will be identical with another person's. Do not be afraid of trying something different, because most of the good runners are in their efforts to explore new methods, then achieve the best suitable running style. I think they certainly will publicize their beliefs as believers of other religious fanaticism. They follow their own way and enjoy the green food. Live on fruit, vegetable and nuts silently. Do not care whether you join them at all. There are a lot of people like Corbett and Bo Fute, indeed be very good runner.

Sometimes I am also curious about why vegetarian diet may live longer and lower the risks of many illnesses such as cancer and heart disease. I have a Indian friend who stick to vegetarian for many years, who are not only healthy, but also intelligent. He would regularly whoop me when we played poker together.
